THE UNITED STATES ONLY (EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO AND U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS).

  1. ELIGIBILITY. Rock bebe Jeans Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories and Possessions), who are 16 years of age or older as of July 13, 2009.  Employees of bebe stores, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), DMI Music & Media Solutions, Don Jagoda Associates Inc., their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agencies, nor any of their respective partners (collectively, the “Sponsor Affiliates”), or any of the members of their immediate family (defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) or same household of each are not eligible to participate.  This Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and Possessions and where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

  2. HOW TO ENTER:  Beginning 12:00:01 AM PT July 13, 2009 and ending 11:59:59 PM PT August 09, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”) entrants may enter online by visiting www.bebe.com and clicking on the sweepstakes link and completing the online entry by providing first name, last name and email address and date of birth to be entered into that corresponding weekly drawing only.  One (1) entry per day per person/email address.  Each entrant will receive one (1) additional sweepstakes entry for every Tell-a-friend email sent.  Limit of up to five (5) Tell-a-Friend entries per weekly drawing period per person/email address.  Weekly drawing periods will begin each Monday at 12:00:00 AM PT during the Sweepstakes Period and end on each following Sunday at 11:59:59 PM PT. Entries will not be carried forward for subsequent weekly drawings, if any. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM PT August 09, 2009, to be eligible for the final weekly drawing.  DMI Music & Media Solutions computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Online entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void.  Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by entrants’ online service will apply.  Neither the Sponsor nor the Sponsor Affiliates assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including, but not limited to, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof.

  3. GRAND PRIZES.  {Four (4) Grand Prizes – One (1) prize per week (for 4 weeks)}:  A $1,000 shopping spree in the form of bebe gift cards.  Gift cards subject to additional restrictions and expiration dates may apply. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Total Value of all Grand Prizes is $4,000.

  4. RANDOM DRAWINGS:  One winner per week (as defined above) will be selected in weekly random drawings from among all eligible entries received each week.  Weekly drawings will be conducted, to determine one winner each week, on or about the following Tuesday after each weekly deadline date (beginning July 21, 2009 through August 11, 2009). The drawings will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received each week. 

  5. WINNER NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION:  The potential Grand Prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if a winner is a minor) will be notified by phone and/or mail and will be required to complete, sign and return, a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, where legal, Publicity Release.  The Potential Grand Prize winners are required to return the document within 14 days from the postmark date on the prize notification letter or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.  If any prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.  All winners (or parent/legal guardian if a winner is a minor) are responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes.

  6. GENERAL RULES:  Entries will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an un-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.  In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes and in such event, to select the applicable weekly winners by random drawing from among all eligible entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension.  Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.  All aspects of the prizes are non-transferable and no additional substitution is allowed except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.  All winners (or parent/legal guardian if a winner is a minor) agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless and waive any and all claims of liability of any kind whatsoever against the Sponsor and/or the Sponsor Affiliates arising from or related to the Sweepstakes including any publicity release of the winners, accident, loss, injury or death occurring or in any way related to the prize or use/misuse thereof.  Neither the Sponsor nor the Sponsor Affiliates make any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of the prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Online entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void.

  7. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE: The California Courts (State & Federal) shall have sole jurisdiction of any controversies regarding the sweepstakes and the laws of the state of California shall govern the same.  Each Sweepstakes entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and hereby irrevocably submits to the venue of those courts within the county of San Mateo, California.
